Competitions

Accessing this section shows the current competition and a list of all competitions from the competition calendar in the data base.

Entries about swimming competitions and the entities linked to them, can be found here.

• Locations - Swimming pools, along with their description and measurements, type of scorecard and the capacity of the stands.
• Subjects - This section defines anything linked with competitions as well as the website's front-end part where sections for each subject are created automatically.
• Tryouts - Display and administration of tryouts - freestyle, butterfly stroke etc, along with their length style and number of participants.
• Age groups - Defining them, for both boys and girls.
• Referees - Administrating their data, including the Federation ID or activating and deactivating them.

Clubs

In this section, clubs can be managed along with their affiliated athletes and officials.

• Clubs - The name, address, contact information, code and the covered subjects.
• Officials - The name, access data inside the app as well as their administrative rights.
• Athletes - Name, address, biometric data, ID, picture and the subjects they're competing for.
• Transfers - The transfer history, ongoing transfers, original club/destination, taxes can be accessed here.

Records

The records can be administrated in this section.

• Swimming records - The app monitors automatically, times obtained in official competitions and adds records in real time.These can also be added manually.
• Age category - Age and gender record categories can be defined here.Depending on the categories defined in this section, the system monitors valid times obtained during official competitions and it adds the obtained records.

Lots
(*available in the version made for the Federation)

Manages athlete lots for participating in certain events.The lots are methods of creating teams of athletes and coaches with the purpose of participating in a competition.This can be manual, done by manually selecting the athletes or automatically by using selection criteria.

Reports

Section which offers a series of reports:

Users

Section in which accounts and access permissions for each area oh the app, are established.

The majority of the lists for the different forms of content can be sorted and filtered.

In the listing pages, the button which adds a new recording is easy to use and accessible.It is just as easy to conduct modifications on a certain recording from the list or delete it
